Kirk Lynn – President
Kirk has over 20 years of professional sales and marketing experience, most recently as the Director of Sponsorship, Marketing and Business Development at Canada Running Series, based in Toronto. In this capacity, Kirk managed a team responsible for both marketing and advertising suppliers to CRS, as well as all aspects of building relationships with sponsors, VIPs, and channel partners at CRS’s 10 annual events and with 60,000 participants.
While Kirk brings first-hand experience to the table from being on the inside of a property, as needed, Connection collaborates with some very talented researchers, designers and production specialists.
In addition to property owners and corporate sponsors, Kirk has extensive experience working with suppliers, media outlets, public relations firms, charities, elite athletes, corporate VIPs and government leaders
Kirk holds a MSc. in Management of Telecommunications from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University in New York State. He is a member of the Sponsorship Marketing Council of Canada and the American Marketing Association – Toronto Chapter.
Kirk is a member of the Board of Directors for the Rosedale Moore Park Association, a 7000 member, not for profit community group based in Toronto. He is responsible for all aspects of marketing and sponsorship.
